Fairchild Air Force Base
The Compatible Lands Foundation is proud to work with Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington State. Fairchild is home to the 92 nd Air Refueling Wing, which provides air refueling, and passenger and cargo airlift and aero-medical evacuation missions. The Base is also home to the U.S. Air Force’s Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) School, which provides critical safety and survival training to servicemen and instructors.
Conserving open space adjacent to the Base ensures that Fairchild Air Force Base’s military training activities can continue while conserving land and waters essential to life in this part of the state.
